There is an artist inside of you, which you might not know …
Say quickly “Yes”, if you know it,
if you had known it already before the beginning of the universe.

Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi

My own path toward the life of an artist has not been a straight one. It has winded, with lots of seemingly insurmountable obstacles and stumbling blocks. That is why I am familiar with the pain of creative blocks, but why I also know that these can be overcome, that being set free is possible. This is why I love accompanying people who want to feel the artist within themselves and to express that. It is a path to greater authenticity – a path to the self.

In my studio you receive the space and support to work intuitively on a piece of wood in order to create a sculpture of your own. This is a creative process, a deep devotion to that which is greater than us. Where do I feel drawn to? What feels right? This is all that is important. And so you learn to trust more and more the NOT-KNOWING, to listen less to the mind and to trust the impulse that comes from deep within. To work out of the present moment, the NOW, and to follow that direction not knowing where it will lead you.
